Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ValueStream by MapVS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ValueStream provides a software-as-a-service platform for value stream mapping, process recording, analysis, and improvement tracking. The Service includes web, mobile, and desktop applications.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to data you upload or create within the Service. We do not claim ownership of your process maps, recordings, or analysis data. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes, (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems, (c) interfere with other users' access, or (d) upload malicious content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, templates, and documentation, is owned by MapVS. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service or its components without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MapVS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
